‘Spring Bluebells’ - A slow stitch/hand stitch seasonal textile course.

Come along for a relaxed day of collage and hand stitch and make a Spring Bluebells wall hanging. A chance to slow down and enjoy creating your own little piece of Springtime, as you ease your way into the colours of the season.

Monday 6th July or Monday 19th October

A fun one day workshop exploring the magical world of eco printing. Spend a day creating beautiful prints on paper using leaves and flowers. You will be able to print a selection of papers and also a small book. Learn a little about which plants work best and how to use ‘blankets’ to create different backgrounds.

Monday 1th September & 16th November

A relaxed two days of natural dyeing and stitch. Learn a simple technique to create an array of colours using a variety of plants and ingredients. We will dye fabrics and threads, as well as creating subtle watercolour effect backgrounds; then use these to begin stitching samples or an embroidered textile art piece.
